Ingredients
  

2 medium zucchinis

1 cup marinara sauce

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon dried basil

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup pepperoni slices (or your choice of toppings)

Fresh basil leaves, for garnish (optional)

Olive oil, for drizzling

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Prepare the Zucchinis: Wash and dry the zucchinis. Cut them in half lengthwise and scoop out a small portion of the center using a spoon to create a little well. This will hold your toppings.

      Season the Zucchinis: Brush the cut sides with olive oil and sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, and basil over the top.

        Add the Sauce: Spoon about 1-2 tablespoons of marinara sauce into each zucchini half.

          Layer the Cheese: Generously sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce. Then add a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese on top for extra flavor.

            Top It Off: Place a few slices of pepperoni (or your preferred toppings) on each zucchini.

              Bake the Pizzas: Arrange the zucchini halves cut-side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and the zucchini is tender.
