Ingredients

1 medium zucchini, thinly sliced

1 cup fresh corn kernels (or frozen, thawed)

1 pre-made pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat.

Prepare the Zucchini and Corn: In a skillet over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Once hot, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the zucchini and corn, then sprinkle with oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until the zucchini is tender and slightly caramelized. Remove from heat and set aside.

Roll Out the Dough: On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into your desired shape (round or rectangular) and transfer it to a pizza peel or a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Assemble the Pizza: Brush the remaining tablespoon of olive oil over the surface of the dough. Spread the sautéed zucchini and corn mixture evenly across the pizza base. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top, followed by the crumbled feta cheese.

Bake the Pizza: If using a pizza stone, carefully slide the pizza onto the stone. If not, simply place the baking sheet in the oven. Bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.

Garnish and Serve: Once baked, remove the pizza from the oven. Allow it to cool for a couple of minutes. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before slicing and serving.
