1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 egg, beaten (or a flax egg for a vegan option)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Prepare the Pan: Grease a loaf pan with cooking spray or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.

      Mix Wet Ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine the mashed banana, grated zucchini, applesauce, beaten egg (or flax egg), and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
