Ingredients

1 pound ground turkey

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 can (15 oz) chili (no beans preferred)

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup lettuce, shredded

1 tomato, diced

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup green onions, chopped

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon chili powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

Olive oil, for cooking

Instructions

Cook the Turkey:

    - In a large skillet, heat a splash of olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground turkey, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the turkey is browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.

      Add Chili:

        - Stir in the can of chili to the cooked turkey. Let it simmer for about 5-7 minutes until heated through and flavors meld.

          Build the Wraps:

            - Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon a generous amount of the turkey and chili mixture onto the center of the tortilla.

              Add Cheese:

                - Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the turkey and chili mixture.

                  Add Fresh Ingredients:

                    - Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomato, a dollop of sour cream, and a sprinkle of chopped green onions.

                      Wrap It Up:

                        - Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll from the bottom up to form a wrap. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.

                          Toast the Wraps:

                            - Wipe the skillet clean and return to medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and toast them for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown and the cheese is melted.

                              Serve:

                                - Cut the wraps in half diagonally and serve warm with extra sour cream and hot sauce on the side, if desired.
