1 large egg

1/2 cup whole milk

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Topping:

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted (for dipping)

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a donut pan with cooking spray or butter and set aside.

    Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg until well combined.

      Prepare Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, beat the egg. Then, whisk in the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth and well incorporated.
