Ingredients

4 cups grape juice

2 cups ginger ale (chilled)

1 cup pineapple juice

1 cup apple juice

1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)

1 cup lychee fruit (canned, drained)

1/4 cup red food coloring (optional, for extra spookiness)

1-2 cups gummy eyeballs (store-bought for decoration)

Ice cubes

Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Eyeballs: If using latex or plastic eyeballs for decoration, skip to step 2. Otherwise, start by creating the spooky eyeballs: in a bowl, place the canned lychee fruit upside down (the bottom becomes the “eyeball”) and insert a blueberry into each lychee as the “pupil”. Set these aside for later.

Mix the Punch: In a large punch bowl, combine the grape juice, ginger ale, pineapple juice, and apple juice. Stir well to mix the juices together. If you’d like a more creepy look, add the red food coloring bit by bit until you achieve your desired color.

Add Ice: Add plenty of ice cubes to the punch bowl to keep the drink chilled and refreshing for your guests.

Incorporate the Eyeballs: Gently place the prepared lychee eyeballs into the punch. Be sure to add the gummy eyeballs as well to enhance the spooky factor and give a fun surprise in each cup!

Garnish: Use fresh mint leaves for a pop of color. Place them on top of the punch or directly in each serving glass to add a touch of freshness.

Serve: Ladle the punch into clear glasses, allowing a few eyeballs to float in each cup. Optionally, you can give each guest a gummy eyeball as a fun treat!
