Spicy Grilled Chicken Flatbread

2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts

4 flatbreads (store-bought or homemade)

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons chili powder

1 tablespoon paprika

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust for heat preference)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup sliced bell peppers (red, yellow, green)

1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced

Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Lime wedges (for serving)

Instructions
 

Marinate the Chicken:

    In a bowl, combine olive oil, chili powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts and coat them well in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for maximum flavor.

      Preheat the Grill:

        Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 450°F). If using a grill pan, heat it on the stovetop over medium heat.

          Grill the Chicken:

            Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it on the hot grill. Cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

              Prepare the Flatbreads:

                While the chicken is resting, brush the flatbreads lightly with olive oil and place them on the grill for about 1-2 minutes on each side, until they are warm and have grill marks.

                  Assemble the Flatbreads:
