Juice of 2 limes

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon honey or agave syrup

½ teaspoon cumin

½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)

Freshly ground black pepper

Optional: ¼ cup roasted peanuts or cashews for crunch
