Ingredients

For the Chocolate Layer:

1 cup chocolate hazelnut spread

1 large tortilla (whole wheat or regular)

For the Strawberry Layer:

1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

1 tablespoon lemon juice

For the Vanilla Layer:

1 cup vanilla-flavored Greek yogurt

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1-2 tablespoons powdered sugar (to taste)

Toppings:

Whipped cream (optional)

Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Chocolate shavings (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Strawberry Layer:

    - In a bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, honey or maple syrup, and lemon juice. Toss gently to coat and set aside to macerate for about 10-15 minutes.

      Make the Vanilla Layer:

        - In another bowl, mix the vanilla Greek yogurt with vanilla extract and powdered sugar. Adjust the sweetness according to your taste. Set aside.

          Assemble the Quesadilla:

            - Place the large tortilla on a flat surface.

              - Spread the chocolate hazelnut spread evenly over one half of the tortilla.

                - Layer the macerated strawberries (draining excess liquid if needed) on top of the chocolate spread.

                  - Add the vanilla yogurt mixture over the strawberries.

                    - Fold the tortilla over to create a half-moon shape.

                      Cook the Quesadilla:

                        - Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

                          - Place the folded quesadilla in the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the tortilla is golden brown and slightly crispy.

                            Serve:

                              - Remove the quesadilla from the skillet and let it cool for a minute before slicing it into wedges.

                                - Drizzle with whipped cream, if using, and garnish with fresh mint leaves and chocolate shavings for an extra touch.

                                  Enjoy!

                                    - Serve warm and enjoy the delightful mix of flavors resembling a Neapolitan cake in a fun quesadilla format.
