Ingredients

For the Salmon:

4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh lemon slices, for garnish

For the Dill Yogurt Sauce:

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped (or 1 tablespoon dried dill)

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon lemon zest

1 small garlic clove, minced

Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

      Prepare the Salmon:

Place the salmon fillets on a lined baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil over each fillet, then season with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub the seasonings into the salmon for even coverage.

          Bake the Salmon:

Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and is cooked through.

              Make the Dill Yogurt Sauce:

While the salmon is baking, prepare the dill yogurt sauce. In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, chopped dill, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste.

                  Serve:

Once the salmon is done baking, remove it from the oven. Serve each fillet with a dollop of dill yogurt sauce on top or on the side. Garnish with fresh lemon slices and additional dill, if desired.

                      Enjoy:

Pair with your favorite side dishes, such as roasted vegetables or a fresh salad, and savor the delightful flavors!
