Ingredients

12 slider rolls (Hawaiian or sesame)

12 slices of Swiss cheese

12 slices of deli ham

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup Dijon mustard

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon onion powder

1 teaspoon poppy seeds (optional)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, and poppy seeds. Set aside.

Build the Sliders: Slice the slider rolls in half, keeping them connected. Place the bottom halves in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.

Spread the Condiments: Evenly spread the mayonnaise on the bottom halves of the slider rolls, followed by Dijon mustard.

Layer the Fillings: On top of the condiments, layer the slices of ham and then the Swiss cheese.

Top with Rolls: Place the top halves of the slider rolls over the cheese.

Apply the Sauce: Brush the butter mixture generously over the top of the slider rolls using a pastry brush.

Bake: Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese has melted.

Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley. Cut into individual sliders and serve warm.
