Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1 cup fresh raspberries

1 cup ripe kiwi, peeled and diced (about 3-4 kiwis)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, adjust based on sweetness preference)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup granola (for topping)

Fresh mint leaves (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Base: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix well until the honey is fully incorporated and the yogurt is smooth.

Layer the Ingredients: In serving cups or bowls, start by adding a layer of the yogurt mixture at the bottom (about 1/4 cup per serving).

Add the First Layer of Fruit: Carefully place a layer of raspberries over the yogurt. Add about 1/4 cup of fresh raspberries on top of the yogurt layer.

Add the Second Layer of Yogurt: Spoon another 1/4 cup of the yogurt mixture over the raspberries, creating a second layer.

Top with Kiwi: Gently add a layer of diced kiwi on top of the second yogurt layer, approximately 1/4 cup per serving.

Final Layer: Finish with a final dollop of yogurt on top, about 1/4 cup, to complete the layering.

Garnish: Sprinkle granola on top for a crunchy contrast, and optionally garnish with fresh mint leaves for a pop of color and freshness.

Chill and Serve: You may serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 1 hour for a slightly chilled dessert.
