Quick Shrimp Tacos with Avocado Crema

1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon cumin

Salt and pepper, to taste

8 small corn or flour tortillas

1 cup shredded purple cabbage

1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Lime wedges, for serving

For the Avocado Crema:

1 ripe avocado

1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon lime juice

1 small garlic clove, minced

Salt, to taste

Prepare the Avocado Crema: In a blender or food processor, combine the ripe avocado, sour cream or Greek yogurt, lime juice, minced garlic, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Set aside.

    Cook the Shrimp: In a medium bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
