Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

    Make the Cookie Dough:

      - In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and brown sugar. Mix until well-blended and creamy.

        - Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing thoroughly.

          - Sprinkle in the baking soda and salt, and mix until just combined. The dough should be sticky but manageable.
