Ingredients

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

2 ripe bananas, sliced

1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix

2 cups cold milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

Extra whipped topping for garnish

Mini chocolate chips or crushed graham crackers for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Crust: In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated and resemble wet sand.

Assemble the Cups: Divide the graham cracker mixture evenly among serving cups, using about 2 tablespoons of the mixture in each cup. Press down gently to form a crust layer at the bottom.

Make the Pudding: In a separate bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix, cold milk, and vanilla extract for about 2 minutes until it thickens.

Combine with Topping: Gently fold in the whipped topping into the pudding mixture until fully combined and smooth.

Layer Ingredients: On top of the crust in each cup, add a layer of sliced bananas (about 3-4 slices) followed by a layer of the pudding mixture. Repeat the layers so that each cup has two layers of bananas and pudding.

Chill: Cover each cup with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld together and the pudding to set properly.

Garnish and Serve: Just before serving, add a dollop of whipped topping on each cup and, if desired, sprinkle mini chocolate chips or crushed graham crackers on top as a fun garnish.
