1/2 cup pure maple syrup

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped

1 tablespoon fresh thyme, finely chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Prepare the Marinade: In a medium bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, and chopped thyme until well combined.

      Season the Turkey Legs: Pat the turkey legs dry with paper towels, then season them generously with salt and pepper.

        Marinate the Turkey: Place the turkey legs in a large resealable bag or a dish. Pour the marinade over the turkey legs, ensuring they are well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight for maximum flavor.

          Prepare for Roasting: Remove the turkey legs from the marinade and let them come to room temperature for about 15 minutes. Reserve the marinade for later use.

            Sear the Turkey Legs: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the turkey legs and sear them on all sides until they are golden brown (about 3-4 minutes per side).

              Roast the Turkey Legs: Transfer the seared turkey legs to a roasting pan. Brush them with some of the reserved marinade and cover the pan with aluminum foil. Place it in the preheated oven. Roast for about 1 hour.
