1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

3 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

Zest and juice of 2 lemons

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon chili powder

Salt and pepper to taste

8 small corn or flour tortillas

1 cup red cabbage, finely shredded

1 avocado, sliced

Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Lime wedges, for serving

Instructions
 

Marinate the Shrimp: In a bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.

    Cook the Shrimp: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated shrimp in a single layer. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp turns pink and opaque. Remove from heat and set aside.

      Warm the Tortillas: In the same skillet, briefly warm the tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side until they are pliable. You can also warm them in a clean pan or directly over a low flame for a few seconds.
