Ingredients
  

4 cups ripe watermelon, cubed (seedless for best results)

1 cup coconut water (chilled)

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Lime slices for garnish

Instructions
 

Prepare the Watermelon: In a blender, combine the cubed watermelon with honey (or agave), fresh lime juice, and sea salt. Blend until smooth and there are no chunks left, about 1-2 minutes.

    Strain the Juice (Optional): For a smoother drink, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove any pulp. Use the back of a spoon to push the liquid through.

      Combine: Once you have your strained watermelon juice, stir in the chilled coconut water until well mixed.

        Chill: Refrigerate the mixture for at least 30 minutes so it's nice and cold before serving. You can also serve immediately if you prefer.

          Serve: Fill tall glasses with ice cubes and pour the watermelon coconut mixture over the ice.
