3 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon sea salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves (or 1 teaspoon dried thyme)

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (optional)

Fresh thyme sprigs for garnish
