3/4 cup warm water (110°F)

1 tbsp olive oil

Sauce:

1/2 cup marinara sauce

1 tbsp balsamic glaze

1 tsp dried oregano

Toppings:

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup sliced pepperoni

1/2 cup sliced salami

1/2 cup prosciutto, torn into pieces

1/4 cup sliced black olives

1/4 cup sliced roasted red peppers

Fresh arugula for garnish

Fresh rosemary for garnish

Instructions
 

Prepare the Dough:

    - In a mixing bowl, combine flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt. Slowly add the warm water and olive oil while stirring with a fork until a dough forms.

      - Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.

        - Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

          Preheat the Oven:

            - Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat as well.

              Make the Sauce:

                - In a small bowl, mix the marinara sauce with balsamic glaze and dried oregano. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.

                  Roll Out the Dough:

                    - Once the dough has risen, punch it down and transfer it to a floured surface. Roll the dough out into a 12-inch circle or rectangle if you prefer a different shape.
