Grilled Shrimp Caesar Wraps

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 large whole wheat or spinach tortillas

2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

½ cup Caesar dressing

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (optional)

Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Marinate the Shrimp: In a medium bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the shrimp and toss until well coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes to infuse the flavors.

    Preheat the Grill: While the shrimp is marinating, preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If using a grill pan on the stovetop, heat it over medium-high heat and lightly grease it.

      Grill the Shrimp: Once the grill is hot, add the marinated shrimp and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side or until they are pink and opaque. Remove from the grill and set aside to cool slightly.
