4 slices of whole grain bread

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 tablespoon honey

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup mixed fresh fruits (strawberries, bananas, blueberries, and kiwi), sliced

½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 tablespoon butter (for grilling)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
