Grilled Chicken Alfredo Flatbread

2 large flatbreads (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup cooked chicken breast, grilled and sliced (you can use leftover grilled chicken)

1 cup Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Olive oil (for brushing)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If you’re using an oven, preheat it to 400°F (200°C).

    Prepare the Chicken: Season the grilled chicken slices with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Set aside.

      Assemble the Flatbreads: Brush each flatbread lightly with olive oil. Spread a generous amount of Alfredo sauce evenly over each flatbread, leaving a small border around the edges.

        Add the Toppings: Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the Alfredo sauce. Distribute the sliced grilled chicken on top of the cheese and add a sprinkle of Italian seasoning.
