Mix the Turkey Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, diced green chilies, chopped red onion, minced garlic, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, breadcrumbs (if using), and cilantro. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
