Ingredients

2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped

1 cup plain Greek yogurt (can substitute with dairy-free yogurt)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust sweetness to taste)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup granola (optional, for extra crunch)

Pinch of salt

Instructions

Prepare the Strawberries: Place the chopped strawberries in a medium bowl. Use a fork to mash them slightly, leaving some chunks for texture. Set aside.

Mix Yogurt: In a separate large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until creamy and smooth.

Incorporate Oats: Gently fold the rolled oats into the yogurt mixture, ensuring they are evenly distributed.

Combine: Add the mashed strawberries into the yogurt and oats mixture. Stir until thoroughly mixed, ensuring that strawberry pieces are dispersed throughout.

Fill Molds: Spoon the mixture into popsicle molds, filling them about 3/4 full. If you’re using granola, sprinkle some on top of each mold for added texture and flavor. Insert the popsicle sticks.

Freeze: Place the molds in the freezer for at least 4-6 hours, or until fully frozen.

Serve: To release the pops, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few moments. Gently pull the pops out and enjoy your refreshing frozen yogurt treats!
