Ingredients

2 cups of plain Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract

1 cup of fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

½ cup of mini dark chocolate chips (optional)

¼ cup of crushed nuts (almonds, pistachios, or walnuts, optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and pure vanilla extract. Stir until fully mixed and smooth.

Line the Baking Sheet: Take a parchment paper-lined baking sheet (about 9x9 inches) and pour the yogurt mixture onto it. Spread the yogurt evenly across the sheet, creating a layer about ½ inch thick.

Add the Strawberries: Evenly distribute the sliced strawberries over the yogurt layer, pressing them slightly into the yogurt to secure them in place.

Add Extra Toppings: Sprinkle mini dark chocolate chips and crushed nuts over the strawberries if you're using them. These add extra flavor and texture!

Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let the yogurt bark freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until firm.

Cut and Serve: Once the yogurt bark is frozen solid, remove it from the freezer. Lift the parchment paper to take the bark out of the baking sheet. Use a sharp knife or break it into pieces with your hands to achieve desired sizes.

Storage: Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
