Ingredients

2 cups fresh raspberries

1 ½ cups plain Greek yogurt (or your favorite flavored yogurt)

¼ cup honey (or maple syrup for a vegan option)

1 cup sliced almonds (or other nuts of your choice)

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of sea salt

Optional: dark chocolate chips for drizzle

Instructions

Prep the Raspberries: Gently wash the raspberries and pat them dry with a paper towel. Set aside.

Make the Yogurt Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

Coat the Raspberries: Take each raspberry and dip it into the yogurt mixture, ensuring it's fully coated. Use a fork to lift it out, allowing any excess yogurt to drip off.

Prepare the Cluster Base: On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, place clusters of coated raspberries, leaving some space between each one. When the clusters are formed, sprinkle sliced almonds on top of each raspberry cluster while the yogurt is still wet.

Freeze the Clusters: Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 3-4 hours or until the yogurt is completely frozen.

Optional Chocolate Drizzle: Once frozen, if you wish to add a chocolate drizzle, melt some dark chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Drizzle over the frozen clusters.

Serve: Remove the clusters from the freezer and enjoy immediately or store them in an airtight container in the freezer for up to one week.
