Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans), chopped

1/2 cup granola (your favorite blend)

1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut (optional)

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix well until the ingredients are smooth and fully blended.

Stir in the chopped mixed nuts, granola, shredded coconut (if using), chocolate chips (if using), and a pinch of sea salt until evenly distributed throughout the yogurt mixture.

Line a baking dish (about 9x9 inches) with parchment paper, allowing some overhang for easy removal later.

Pour the yogurt mixture into the lined dish, spreading it evenly with a spatula to about 1/2 inch thick.

Place the dish in the freezer and let it freeze for about 4-6 hours, or until completely solid.

Once frozen, remove the dish from the freezer and lift the frozen yogurt slab out using the parchment paper overhang.

Place the slab on a cutting board and cut into wedges or bars, using a sharp knife.

Serve immediately or store the wedges in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month.
