Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon matcha green tea powder

2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup for a vegan option)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, chopped strawberries)

1/4 cup granola (optional, for added crunch)

Silicone mini muffin tins or ice cube trays

Instructions

Mix the Base: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, matcha powder, honey, and vanilla extract. Whisk together until the mixture is smooth and uniform in color. Ensure there are no lumps from the matcha.

Add the Berries: Gently fold in the mixed berries, making sure they are evenly distributed throughout the yogurt mixture. If using granola, reserve it for the topping.

Fill the Molds: Spoon the yogurt-berry mixture into the silicone mini muffin tins or ice cube trays, filling each compartment approximately 3/4 full to allow for expansion during freezing.

Top It Off: If you’re using granola, sprinkle a small amount on top of each yogurt bite for a crunchy texture.

Freeze: Place the filled molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely solid.

Unmold and Serve: Once fully frozen, carefully pop the yogurt bites out of the molds. If you're using silicone molds, running them under warm water for a few seconds can help release the bites.

Enjoy!: Serve immediately as a refreshing snack or dessert, or store the bites in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
