Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1/4 cup maple syrup (plus extra for drizzling)

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup granola (store-bought or homemade)

1/2 cup fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)

1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)

1/4 tsp cinnamon

Pinch of salt

Cooking spray or parchment paper for lining

Instructions

Prepare the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well-blended.

Line a Pan: Line an 8x8 inch square baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray. This will make it easier to remove the wedges later.

Layer the Yogurt Mix: Spread the yogurt mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish, smoothing the top with a spatula.

Add Toppings: Sprinkle the granola evenly over the yogurt layer, followed by the fresh berries and chopped nuts. Press down gently with the back of a spoon to help them adhere to the yogurt.

Freeze: Cover the baking dish with plastic wrap or a lid and place it in the freezer. Let it freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until it’s firm.

Slice into Wedges: Once frozen, remove the dish from the freezer. Lift the yogurt block out using the edges of the parchment paper. Place it on a cutting board and slice into wedges or squares.

Serve: Drizzle a little extra maple syrup over the top of each wedge just before serving for added sweetness. Enjoy your delicious Frosty Maple Granola Yogurt Wedges!
