Ingredients

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup for a vegan option)

1/4 cup chia seeds

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup fresh fruit (strawberries, blueberries, or sliced bananas)

1/4 cup granola (optional for a crunchy topping)

Pinch of salt

Instructions

Mix the Base: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well-blended.

Add Chia Seeds: Fold in the chia seeds, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the yogurt mixture.

Prepare the Fruit: If using fresh fruit, wash and chop it into small pieces. Gently mix the fruit into the yogurt mixture, taking care not to break it down too much.

Portion the Clusters: Use a tablespoon or cookie scoop to drop mounds of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Space them apart to avoid sticking.

Add Granola (Optional): If desired, sprinkle a small amount of granola on top of each cluster for added texture and crunch.

Freeze: Transfer the baking sheet to the freezer and let the clusters freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.

Serve: Once frozen, remove the clusters from the parchment paper and store them in an airtight container in the freezer. Enjoy them straight from the freezer as a refreshing snack or dessert!
