Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)

1 cup granola (your choice: honey, nut, or fruit mix)

1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 banana, sliced

¼ cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)

Parchment paper (for freezing)

Instructions

Prepare Yogurt Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir well until smooth and creamy.

Create the Base: On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, use a spoon to scoop out round dollops of the yogurt mixture, approximately 3 inches in diameter. You can make about 10-12 rounds based on the size.

Layer the Ingredients: Sprinkle a layer of granola evenly over half of the yogurt rounds. Add a few slices of banana and mixed berries on top of the granola for added flavor and texture.

Top It Off: Place another yogurt round on top of each granola-laden round, pressing gently to create a sandwich.

Freeze Until Firm: Carefully transfer the baking sheet to the freezer and freeze for at least 4-5 hours or until the yogurt rounds are solid.

Serving: Once frozen, remove from the freezer and let them sit for about 5 minutes to soften slightly, making them easier to bite into. Enjoy your frozen yogurt granola sandwich rounds as a delightful snack or dessert!

Storage: If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the freezer, layered with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
