2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1/2 cup honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

10 Oreo cookies, crushed

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

A pinch of salt

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and well incorporated.

    Gently fold in the crushed Oreo cookies, leaving some larger pieces for added texture.

      Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, letting the sides hang over for easy removal.

        Pour the yogurt mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly with a spatula.

          Sprinkle the dark chocolate chips evenly on top, pressing them lightly into the yogurt mixture.

            Cover the baking dish with plastic wrap and place it in the freezer for about 4-6 hours, or until completely frozen.

              Once frozen, remove the dish from the freezer, lift out the parchment paper, and cut the mixture into bars.

                Serve immediately or store the bars in an airtight container in the freezer for later enjoyment!
