2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1/2 cup honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut

1 cup dark chocolate chips

1 tablespoon coconut oil

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Optional toppings: chopped nuts, sprinkles, or more shredded coconut

Prepare Yogurt Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth and creamy.

    Shape the Rings: Using a silicone donut mold or a muffin tin lined with cupcake liners, pour the yogurt mixture into the molds, filling each about 3/4 full. Use a spoon to create a hole in the center to form rings.
