Ingredients

2 cups cereal of choice (e.g., corn flakes, puffed rice)

1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)

1 ½ cups plain Greek yogurt

½ cup sweetened condensed milk

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

¼ teaspoon salt

Optional toppings: crushed cereal, mini chocolate chips, fruit pieces

Instructions

Cereal Infusion: In a bowl, combine the milk with your cereal of choice. Let it sit for about 15 minutes to allow the cereal to infuse its flavor into the milk.

Strain: Once infused, use a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth to separate the milk from the cereal. Gently press the cereal to extract as much milk as possible. Discard the cereal or use it as a topping later.

Mix the Base: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the strained cereal milk, Greek yogurt, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth and creamy.

Prepare the Pan: Line an 8x8-inch (or similar size) baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.

Pour and Freeze: Pour the yogurt mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly. Sprinkle optional toppings such as crushed cereal or mini chocolate chips on top if desired.

Freeze: Cover with plastic wrap and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until completely solid.

Slice and Serve: Once frozen solid, lift out the squares using the parchment paper. Cut into desired sizes and serve immediately. Store any leftovers in a sealed container in the freezer for up to a week.
