Ingredients

4 cups of diced seedless watermelon, frozen

1/2 cup coconut water (or regular water)

1-2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)

Juice of 1 lime

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Lime wedges for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Watermelon: If you haven't done so already, cut a seedless watermelon into small pieces, remove the seeds, and freeze them for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Blend Ingredients: In a blender, combine the frozen watermelon chunks, coconut water, honey or agave syrup, and lime juice.

Blend Until Smooth: Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and slushy. Scrape down the sides as needed to ensure everything is mixed well.

Taste and Adjust: Taste the slush and adjust sweetness or lime juice according to your preference. Blend again to incorporate any additional ingredients.

Serve: Immediately pour the watermelon slush into chilled glasses.

Garnish: If desired, garnish with fresh mint leaves and lime wedges on the rim of each glass.

Enjoy: Serve immediately for the best slushy texture!
