Ingredients

2 cups frozen mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries)

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)

1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice)

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, adjust based on sweetness preference)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional, for added nutrition)

Instructions

Blend the Base: In a blender, combine the frozen mixed berries, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey (if using), vanilla extract, and chia seeds. Blend until smooth and creamy. You may need to scrape down the sides a couple of times to ensure everything is well mixed.

Taste and Adjust: Taste the smoothie mixture and adjust sweetness if desired by adding more honey or maple syrup. Blend again to mix well.

Pour into Molds: Carefully pour the smoothie mixture into silicone ice cube trays or small silicone molds, filling each compartment about 3/4 full.

Freeze: Place the trays in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until the smoothie cubes are completely solid.

Pop Them Out: Once frozen, carefully remove the smoothie cubes from the trays. If you encounter any difficulty, briefly run warm water over the bottom of the trays to loosen them.

Store: Transfer the smoothie cubes to a freezer-safe zip-lock bag or an airtight container. Label with the date and store in the freezer for up to 3 months.

Enjoy: To enjoy, simply blend a few of the smoothie cubes with additional milk or yogurt for a quick and refreshing smoothie on-the-go!
