Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)

1 cup granola (your favorite variety)

1/2 cup mixed nuts (chopped almonds, walnuts, pecans)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1/2 cup fresh or dried fruit (e.g., berries, banana slices, raisins)

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

A pinch of sea salt

Instructions

Mix the Base: In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt with honey (or maple syrup) and vanilla extract (if using). Stir well until smooth and creamy.

Add the Crunch: Gently fold the granola, chopped nuts, and dried fruit into the yogurt mixture, ensuring everything is well coated.

Prep the Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. This will prevent sticking and make cleanup easier.

Shape the Clusters: Using a tablespoon or small ice cream scoop, drop spoonfuls of the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each cluster.

Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and allow the clusters to freeze for about 3-4 hours, or until solid.

Serve: Once frozen, remove the clusters from the baking sheet and store them in an airtight container. Enjoy straight from the freezer as a cool snack!

Optional: Drizzle with extra honey before serving for added sweetness.
