Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1/2 cup chocolate hazelnut spread (like Nutella)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup crushed hazelnuts (toasted for extra flavor)

A pinch of sea salt

Optional toppings: mini chocolate chips, additional crushed hazelnuts, or fresh berries

Instructions

Prepare the Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, chocolate hazelnut spread, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Stir well until the mixture is smooth and uniform in consistency.

Add Texture: Gently fold in the crushed hazelnuts, ensuring they are distributed evenly throughout the yogurt mixture.

Spoon into Molds: Using a tablespoon or a piping bag, carefully spoon the yogurt mixture into silicone muffin molds or cupcake liners. Fill each mold about three-quarters full to allow for expansion when freezing.

Smooth the Tops: Use a spatula or the back of a spoon to smooth the tops of the yogurt cups. This step will help create a nice, flat surface for serving.

Freeze: Place the molds in the freezer and allow the yogurt cups to freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely solid.

Remove from Molds: Once frozen, carefully pop the yogurt cups out of the molds. If they are sticking, you can run warm water over the outside of the mold to help release them.

Serve & Enjoy: Serve immediately or store the cups in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. Feel free to garnish with mini chocolate chips, extra crushed hazelnuts, or fresh berries before serving.
