2 ripe mangoes, peeled, pitted, and diced

1 small red onion, finely chopped

1 red bell pepper, finely diced

1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced (adjust to taste)

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Juice of 2 limes

1 teaspoon honey (optional, for added sweetness)

Salt and pepper to taste

Prepare the Mangoes: Begin by peeling and pitting the ripe mangoes. Cut them into bite-sized cubes and place them in a medium mixing bowl.

    Chop the Vegetables: Finely chop the red onion and red bell pepper. If you enjoy spice, mince the jalapeño pepper, making sure to remove the seeds if you prefer a milder salsa. Add all of these ingredients into the bowl with the mango.

      Add the Cilantro: Chop the fresh cilantro and add it to the salsa mixture for a burst of flavor.

        Dress the Salsa: Squeeze the juice of two limes over the mixture. If you like a touch of sweetness, drizzle in a teaspoon of honey and stir well to combine.
