Ingredients
  

1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 tostada shells

2 ripe avocados

1 lime, juiced

1 small red onion, finely diced

1 medium tomato, diced

1 jalapeño, seeded and minced (optional)

Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Crumbled queso fresco (optional, for serving)

Instructions
 

Cook the Shrimp:

    - In a medium bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well-coated.

      - Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are pink and opaque. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

        Make the Guacamole:

          - While the shrimp are cooking, prepare the guacamole. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe avocados with a fork until smooth.

            - Add lime juice, diced red onion, tomato, jalapeño (if using), and a pinch of salt. Mix until well combined. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.

              Assemble the Tostadas:

                - Take the tostada shells and spread a generous layer of guacamole on each.

                  - Spoon the cooked shrimp evenly over the guacamole on each tostada.
