1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup almond butter (or any nut butter of your choice)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

Zest of 1 lime

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Optional: 1/4 cup crushed pistachios or chopped almonds for rolling
