1 cup granulated sugar

1 large egg

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 cup chopped peanuts (for extra crunch)

1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional, for a sweet twist)

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy clean-up.

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter and granulated sugar. Mix until well combined and creamy.

      Add in the large egg, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt. Stir until the mixture is smooth and all ingredients are fully integrated.
