Ingredients

2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 cup smooth peanut butter

3 cups salted roasted peanuts

1 cup crispy rice cereal

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Sea salt flakes (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

Prepare Your Workspace: Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone baking mats for easy cleanup.

Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips and peanut butter. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring between each interval until the mixture is smooth and completely melted.

Combine Ingredients: Once melted, add the vanilla extract to the chocolate-peanut mixture. Stir well. Then, gently fold in the salted roasted peanuts and crispy rice cereal until evenly coated.

Form Clusters: Using a tablespoon, scoop the mixture and drop it onto the prepared baking sheet, creating small clusters. Make sure to leave some space between each cluster as they may spread slightly.

Garnish: If desired, sprinkle a few sea salt flakes on top of each cluster before they set. This will enhance the flavor and add a nice touch.

Chill: Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes or until the clusters are firm and set.

Serve and Enjoy: Once set, remove the clusters from the refrigerator and serve immediately, or store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 45 minutes | Servings: Approximately 24 clusters
