Ingredients

1 package (9 oz) of refrigerated cheese or meat-filled ravioli

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs

1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko for extra crunch)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Cooking spray or olive oil for drizzling

Marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Coating Stations: Set up three separate shallow bowls. In the first bowl, place the flour. In the second bowl, whisk the eggs. In the third bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and grated Parmesan cheese.

Coat the Ravioli: Take each ravioli and first dredge it in the flour, shaking off the excess. Then dip it in the beaten eggs, allowing any excess to drip off. Finally, coat the ravioli in the seasoned breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to ensure they are well-coated. Place the coated ravioli on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake the Ravioli: Once all the ravioli are coated, lightly spray them with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil to help them crisp up in the oven. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping the ravioli halfway through for even browning.

Serve: Remove the toasted ravioli from the oven and let them cool slightly on the baking sheet. Serve hot with marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
