12 oz block of feta cheese

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

2 large eggs

1 tbsp olive oil

Fresh herbs (such as parsley or dill) for garnish

Lemon wedges for serving

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

    Prepare the Feta: Gently press the feta block with a paper towel to remove excess moisture. This step helps in achieving extra crispiness when baked.

      Make the Crust Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, dried oregano, garlic powder, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix well until all dry ingredients are evenly distributed.
