12 oz. jumbo pasta shells

2 cups heavy cream

1 cup ranch dressing (homemade or store-bought)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon (or crispy turkey bacon)

1 cup baby spinach, chopped

1/4 cup chopped green onions

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Prepare the Sauce: In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the heavy cream, ranch dressing, garlic, onion powder, and garlic powder. Stir well until heated through, but do not boil.

      Add the Cheeses: Lower the heat and add the shredded cheddar cheese and grated Parmesan cheese to the saucepan, stirring continuously until the cheese has melted and the sauce is creamy. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
