4 large whole wheat tortillas

1 cup cooked shredded chicken (or chickpeas for a vegetarian option)

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons lemon juice

Zest of 1 lemon

1 tablespoon honey (adjust for sweetness)

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Pinch of salt and pepper

1 cup mixed greens (spinach, arugula, and lettuce)

1/2 cup diced cucumber

1/4 cup finely chopped red onion

In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, zest, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.

    Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous layer of the lemon cream mixture over each tortilla, leaving about an inch of space around the edges.
