Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

1 cup diced fresh jalapeños (seeds removed for less heat)

1/2 cup diced green onions (white and green parts)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

2 tablespoons olive oil

Fresh cilantro, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Mix the base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Use a hand mixer or spatula to blend until smooth and creamy.

Add the cheeses: Stir in the shredded cheddar and crumbled feta into the mixture. Blend well until all cheeses are evenly distributed.

Incorporate jalapeños and onions: Fold in the diced jalapeños and green onions.

Season the mixture: Add the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well combined and flavorful.

Prepare for baking: Transfer the dip mixture into a baking dish (about 8x8 inches). Spread it evenly.

Make the crispy topping: In a small bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs with olive oil. Mix until all breadcrumbs are coated. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the dip.

Bake: Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.

Garnish and serve: Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Optionally, garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
