2 tablespoons olive oil

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup baby spinach (optional)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the fettuccine or spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. Reserve ½ cup of the pasta water.

    Sauté the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Sear until golden and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

      Make the Garlic Sauce: In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Be cautious not to burn the garlic.
